On-line reservations We use a On-line reservation system in real-time. That
means that you will get the confirmation immediately
after you make a booking in the same way as when you
book airline tickets on-line.
The system we use is Travelhero former Worldres one
of the major on-line reservation systems on Internet.
Check for availability
You can of course use the on-line reservation system
to check room for
availability and room rates without
making a reservation. The information is up to date and
you can check up to one year ahead.
Deposit
The reservation system will charge 4% as a non refundable
deposit for your reservation. Please observe that you
can change or cancel your reservation by yourself on-line.
Payment
You can can chose
to pay by cash (Thai Baht) or by all major credit cards
at check in.
Cancellation:
In your reservation confirmation you will get the cancellations
rules.
Should a reservation be cancelled more than 14 days
before check-in, we will not charge any additional
cancellation fee. Should a reservation be cancelled
less than 14 days before check-in, a one night fee
will be charged.
No Show
In the event of a no-show, a full charge for your stay
will be processed. Please keep us informed if your travel
plans are changing to avoid a No Show Charge.
